Average rating 1.0 based on 1 reviewI hired Mitch Carnie of Rockwood landscape service and construction…….. to do a interlock walkway. I googled Rockwood…… and found nothing bad about that company. I wish I had googled Mitch Carnie instead because I would have saved myself a lot of stress and loss of money. I was told job would take 4 days , but it ended up taking 12 weeks and that only because I would call him constantly ( texts / emails / messages) Just like all other reviews about Mitch Carnie which are 100% true please Avoid Him At All Cost!.Terrible customer service , constant broken promises , guys working for him have no clue and left on their own , poor workmanship.. list can go on and on. The only time he said what he would do is when he would come to pick up payments. After going to police I found out about Empire general contracting … I’ve called and answering machine says Trios construction…..this guy has 3 companies he is using. Empire / Rockwood / Trios , who knows how many more companies he is using. Worst experience ever…!
